Terms of Service
Effective: April 9, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Strategic Innovations AI's products and services. By creating an account or using our API, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Strategic Innovations AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Strategic Innovations AI provides O(1) AI infrastructure products including PHANTOM (AI content detection), HoloDB (vector database), NeuroCore (AI inference), and Catalyst-Q (quantum simulation). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product at any time with 30 days notice for material changes.
3. Account Terms
- You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- One account per person unless otherwise agreed
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use our services to:
- Violate any law or regulation
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system
- Use our services to power a competing product
- Resell API access without our written consent
5. API and Rate Limits
Your plan determines your rate limits. Exceeding rate limits returns HTTP 429. We may adjust rate limits with 14 days notice.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of data you submit through our API. We retain ownership of the technology underlying our products. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble our technology.
7. EU AI Act
PHANTOM is designed to support compliance with the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689). Specifically, PHANTOM is designed to assist deployers of AI systems subject to Article 50 (transparency obligations) to disclose that output is AI-generated. However, using PHANTOM does not guarantee legal compliance — you are responsible for determining your regulatory obligations.
8. Fees and Payment
Fees are billed monthly in arrears. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or within the 7-day refund window for monthly plans. We accept major credit cards via Stripe. Failed payments result in service suspension after 7 days.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STRATEGIC INNOVATIONS AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS.
11. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
