What you buy, what it costs, and what each of us is responsible for.

Last updated 16 September 2026. These are the terms for using strategic-innovations.ai and buying from Strategic Innovations AI. By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to them.

What we sell

• Workspace plans (Free, Starter, Pro): access to the evaluation and review workspace on this site, as described on the pricing page on the day you buy.
• Pilot design: a written brief for one workflow, delivered within five working days of payment.
• Managed pilot: a digital employee operated by us on one workflow, with a named reviewer on your side, priced per month with 400 completed items included and a per-item rate after that. A completed item is one packet a reviewer approved, with or without corrections; rejected packets are recorded and never charged.

Billing

• Prices are the ones on the pricing page when you buy. Payment is through Stripe.
• Starter and Pro begin with 14 days free. Nothing is charged during the 14 days. To cancel before a charge, email support@strategic-innovations.ai from your account address.
• Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Partial periods are not refunded.
• The pilot design fee is credited against the first month of a managed pilot started within 90 days of the brief.
• Per-item charges on a managed pilot are invoiced monthly in arrears against the recorded count of completed items, which you can inspect.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think it has been used by someone else. You are responsible for what is done under your account. One person per account.

Acceptable use

Do not put protected health information into the self-serve workspace. Do not use the service to break the law, to attack other systems, or to send unsolicited messages. We may suspend an account that does.

Human review

The digital employee prepares; a person decides. Nothing it produces is medical, legal or financial advice, and nothing is sent to a third party on your behalf without a person's approval in your organisation.

Our responsibility

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time by email. We can end the agreement with thirty days' notice, or immediately for a breach of these terms.

Changes and contact

If these terms change, the date at the top changes and account holders are told by email. Questions go to support@strategic-innovations.ai.
