Privacy
What we collect, and what we do not.
Short, because there is not much. Account email and a password hash, one session cookie, what you type into our forms, and the identifiers Stripe gives us after a payment.

What we collect
- Account data. Your email address and a hash of your password when you create an account. Passwords are never stored in clear text.
- Session cookie. One cookie, si_session, that keeps you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies.
- Forms. What you type into the contact, pilot and kickoff forms: name, email, company and the workflow you describe.
- Purchases. Stripe processes card payments. We receive the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and the email used at checkout. We never see or store card numbers.
- Server logs. Cloudflare records requests to the site (address, path, user agent, status) for security and capacity. We read aggregate counts; we do not build profiles.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent personal data.
- We do not run third-party analytics or advertising scripts on this site.
- We do not train models on the contents of your workspace or your forms.
Health information
The self-serve workspace is not for protected health information. Do not put patient data into it. A managed pilot that touches patient data runs only under a signed Business Associate Agreement, with the data sources and access named in the pilot design.
Who processes data for us
Cloudflare (hosting, storage, email delivery) and Stripe (payments). Both are bound by their own published terms and security programmes.
How long we keep it
Account and workspace data for as long as the account exists. Form submissions and purchase records for seven years, for tax and contract reasons. Server logs for the period Cloudflare retains them.
Your choices
Email support@strategic-innovations.ai from your account address to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We answer within ten working days. Deleting an account ends any subscription on it.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
