Strategic Innovations AI ("we," "our," or "us") operates the website strategic-innovations.ai and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information about users of our service.
1. Information We Collect
Account information
When you register, we collect your email address and the password you choose (stored as a salted PBKDF2 hash — we never store plaintext passwords).
Usage data
We log the product, timestamp, and approximate request size of API calls made with your API key. We do not log the content of text submitted for AI detection, the content of vectors stored in HoloDB, or the prompts sent through NeuroCore.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to maintain authenticated sessions. This cookie is HttpOnly, Secure, and SameSite=Strict. It expires when you sign out or after 30 days of inactivity.
2. How We Use Information
- To create and manage your account
- To process API requests and return results
- To enforce rate limits and prevent abuse
- To send service-related notifications (e.g., security alerts)

3. Data Retention
Account data is retained until you delete your account. API usage logs are retained for 90 days for abuse prevention. Vector data in HoloDB is retained until you delete it or your account.
4. Data Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Passwords are hashed with PBKDF2-SHA256 (100,000 iterations). Vector data in HoloDB is stored as encrypted hypervectors — without your API key, the data is meaningless.
5. Third Parties
We use Cloudflare for infrastructure and payment processing. We do not sell, trade, or rent personal information to third parties.
6. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting travisaaroncrew@gmail.com. Deletion is processed within 30 days.
7. Children's Privacy
Our service is not intended for users under 18 years of age.
8. Changes to This Policy
We will notify users of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
