This is the pilot template, not a customer story. No pilot has completed yet, so there are no results on this page. Below is what the digital employee does with each request, what a person decides, and what the pilot costs.
1. Choose the caseOne queue, one owner, one reviewer. The $499 design writes down the queue, its baseline volume, the approval gate, the exception path and the scorecard.
2. Generate the handoffFor each request the employee assembles the packet: what is missing, what the payer requires, who owns the next action. Nothing is sent to a payer by the employee.
3. Review and approveA biller or clinician approves, corrects or rejects every packet. A correction on one packet applies to the next.
4. Decide whether to expandAt the end of the month you read the scorecard against the baseline you set in step 1, and decide. The pilot is month to month.

What it costs
$499 once, then $2,500 a month.
The pilot design is $499, paid on Stripe, delivered as a written brief within five working days, and credited against the first month of the managed pilot.
The managed pilot is $2,500 a month with 400 completed items included, then $6 an item, invoiced monthly. A completed item is one packet a reviewer approved, with or without corrections; rejected packets are recorded and never charged.
No portal robots. The employee prepares; a person submits.
